Request Player Removal

Parents and legal guardians may request that a player be excluded from future public recognition. Every request must be confirmed by the player's registered coach before final review.

How the removal process works

This verification process helps protect players from unauthorized removal requests submitted by someone who is not their parent or legal guardian.

Parent submits the request

Enter the player's name and select the player's registered coach. Team name and age group are filled automatically from the approved Coach account.

Coach confirms the request

The registered coach sees the request in the Coach Panel and confirms whether the parent or legal guardian actually made the request.

The Hit List completes final review

Confirmed requests are sent to The Hit List administrators for the final removal decision and processing.

Important safety rule: If the registered coach selects “Parent Did Not Make the Request”, the request is automatically denied and the player's recognition status is not changed. If the coach selects “Parent Confirmed Removal”, the request moves to Pending Final Admin Review.

Removal requests apply to future public recognition. Previously published graphics, downloads, screenshots, shares, or third-party reposts may remain available.
